A little bit about me: I live in Mesa, Arizona (Yes it DOES get
hot here!). I'm currently Divorced/Single and
have two children (Krista and Tim). To afford my toys, I work at Arizona
State University supporting their Servers and Desktops, and offer consulting
services to the public for Networks, Hardware and Software issues through my
side business: JF-Technologies. |

About Jon Finley
|
I love cycling (road bike) and ride both during the week with more miles on
Saturdays. Some of the events I've done are: The "300
Warrior" and 1000 Warrior rides (8/16/2008, 2009) which is the
Tour of Utah's
stage 4
ride. 98 miles with 14,800' of climbing. THAT was probably the
hardest ride I've ever done! I was one of 35 "Brumby's" from Mesa who all
came up to do the ride. The "Ride for Semper Fi" (3 years in a row now..
2008, 2009, 2010). The Ride
for Semper Fi is a 430 mile trek from Phoenix, Arizona to Camp Pendleton near
Oceanside California. Read more about the ride
here.
This has been an VERY hard bike ride, but it is extremely well supported and
run, by a crew of very hard working volunteers. This charity bike ride raises
funds to assist in the recovery of injured Marines and makes a direct difference
in their lives. Semper Fi Fund info is
here. You can help me reach my
pledge goal by
donating.
